This privacy policy describes the privacy practices of Radbit Games’s (referred to herein as “We”, “Us,” or Radbit Games”) websites that include a link to this policy. This Privacy Policy applies to the website and all mobile applications, products and services offered by Radbit Games (collectively, the “Site”). This privacy policy also applies to Radbit Games’s marketing and advertising practices.

• Contact Information: If you are a member or customer of our services, we will collect general contact information that you provide to us. This includes: your name, address, telephone number and, where applicable, your company name and job title. We may also collect social media contact information including your Instant Messenger, LinkedIn and Facebook profiles. 

• Payment Information: When we provide a fee-based service for you, we will collect the following information that you provide to us: billing address, credit card information, and authorized signature.

• E-mail Addresses: We also collect the email addresses of visitors

  • who post messages to our bulletin board; 

  • who communicate with us via email; and

  • who make postings to our chat areas.

• Login Information: If you are a member or customer or our services, we will collect your user id (email address) and password. 

• Online Identifiers: When you access an offer by one of our marketers, we obtain your Internet Protocol address, browser user agent, and sometimes your device id. 

• Domain Names: For each visitor to our Site, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer’s domain name but not the email address (where possible). 

• Data Trackers, Including Cookies and Web Beacons: We collect information on

  • what pages visitors access or visit;

  • user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit; and

  • information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

 

THIRD PARTY INFORMATION COLLECTION/”DO NOT TRACK”

With respect to Ad Servers: To try and bring you offers that are of interest to you, we have relationships with other companies that we allow to place ads on our Site. As a result of your visit to our Site, ad server companies may collect information such as your domain type, your IP address and clickstream information. Login information and data trackers are used to secure the limited access portions of our Sites and services. Data trackers help our Sites work. They also help us to improve our content and to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor. Radbit Games works with companies that help us run our business. From time to time, we need to share some of your personal information with these companies so that they can perform requested services. • Billing: Radbit Games uses a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

• Compelled Disclosure: Sometimes, we are required to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Radbit Games’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

WHERE DO YOU STORE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Your personal information and files are stored on Radbit Games’s servers and the servers of companies we hire to provide services to us. Your personal information may be transferred across national borders because we have servers located worldwide and the companies we hire to help us run our business are located in different countries.

 

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We understand that the security of your personal information is important. We have reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

 

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.  In the context of a transfer of credit card information (such as for processing), that information is encrypted.  Also, we store only a truncated portion of credit card information.

CHILDREN UNDER 13

Our Site and products or services available through this Site are not intended for children under 13 years-old. We do not knowingly solicit data online from or market online to children under 13 years-old. If we knowingly receive a child’s personally identifiable information, we will immediately delete it from our system. • Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.

• Comply with a legal obligation.

• Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

 

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

 

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

• Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, which may include:

• Full name, email address, date & time of transaction

• Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

 

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. 

 

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. 

 

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

 

If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. 

 

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance, specifically in a csv document.

 

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request. 

 

Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights

We do not sell the personal information of consumers. 

 

You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request. 

 

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

• Deny you goods or services.

• Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.

• Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.

• Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

 

However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal information’s value and contain written terms that describe the program’s material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt in consent, which you may revoke at any time.
